Trump criticizes Nobel Peace Prize disqualification
The article focused on the reaction of former U.S. President Donald Trump following Navi Pillay's announcement as the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize laureate. Trump criticized the exclusion of his country from the nominations and described the Norwegian Nobel Committee's decision as losing its credibility, believing that American awards deserve more. He also affirmed that Norway and those who awarded the prize are enemies of civilization and have tarnished the reputation of the award, pointing out that the United States deserved the Nobel for every war it has fought. Additionally, he downplayed the significance of the winner, considering that the prize was awarded to an obscure liberal figure despite her achievements in promoting peace and international law.
