Bayern targets Barcelona defender
Bayern Munich is targeting a winter transfer to sign Barcelona's French defender Jules Koundé to strengthen the right-back position, following instability in that area during the current season. The club is considering him alongside other options, such as young player Gevero Reij from Feyenoord, but the transfer depends on trimming the squad and selling a player like Sacha Bhow, who is considered a potential departure. Currently, Koundé is under contract with Barcelona until June 2030, and his departure is unlikely unless a substantial financial offer is made, as he is seeking to regain his starting role in the Catalan team.
