Israel reinstates airstrikes in southern Lebanon

Israeli airstrikes continue to escalate in southern Lebanon, with more than six strikes carried out on towns such as Kfar Tabet, Jarmuq, Talousa, Nabatiyeh Al-Foqa, and Wadi Al-Hajar. These attacks target areas linked to Hezbollah, following days of relative calm since the Israeli army's explosion of Mount Ali Tahr in September, using over 1,100 tons of explosives. The escalation coincided with the flight of an Israeli drone and low-altitude Israeli aircraft over various regions in Lebanon, amid doubts about the timing of the upcoming Lebanese-Israeli military negotiations session scheduled in the United States, which may be postponed until after the upcoming Israeli and American elections.
