Emirates and Cairo: Four Decades of Flights
Emirates celebrated its 40th anniversary of operating flights between Dubai and Cairo, since beginning service in 1986. Over the decades, the airline has transported more than 13.22 million passengers across over 50,000 flights. Cairo has become one of the airline's most important international destinations, currently offering five daily flights—three with Airbus A380s and two with Boeing 777s—reflecting the growth of the Egyptian market and its strategic significance.
