Al-Fayed assault victims criticize police neglect
Investigations reveal that Mohamed Al-Fayed, the former owner of Harrods, committed sexual abuses and human trafficking crimes against numerous women over the course of decades. The victims accuse the British police of neglecting to conduct a thorough investigation into these allegations. Although the British Home Office has acknowledged the existence of victims, including approximately 70 potential victims, the investigations have not resulted in widespread arrests. The women suspect the existence of an extensive exploitation network that extends to other locations such as hotels and private trains, with ongoing collaborations with French authorities for similar investigations. This case is considered one of the most prominent human trafficking cases linked to the late businessman, and the victims emphasize that the pursuit of full justice remains far from achieved.
