Houthis claim attack on Saudi targets
The Houthi group in Yemen announced the execution of missile and drone attacks on several targets in Saudi Arabia, including King Khalid Airport in Riyadh and Aramco's refinery in Rabigh. The operations also targeted Abha and Khamis Mushait airports, as well as sensitive military bases in Asir, Najran, and Jizan. The Houthi military spokesperson confirmed that the operation involved three high-precision attacks utilizing rockets and drones, and warned international airlines against using Saudi airspace. No response has been issued by the Saudi side so far. These attacks come at a time of escalating military operations between the Houthis and Yemeni forces supported by the Saudi-led coalition, which has reported destroying hundreds of targets and conducting extensive aerial movements in the region.
