F1 confirms Qatar and Abu Dhabi races
The CEO of the Formula 1 Championship, Stefano Domenicali, confirmed that the Qatar and Abu Dhabi races will remain on the calendar at the end of the F1 season, scheduled for November 29 and December 6, despite the geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. He stated that 99% of tickets for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix have been sold and that the event is very popular, with teams and drivers expressing their support. However, some drivers, like Max Verstappen, have expressed reservations about going to the Gulf due to the conflict. There have been discussions about the possibility of moving the races to other locations, but so far, their continuation in Qatar and Abu Dhabi has been confirmed.
