Juror from Lindsay Clancy trial comments
The jury in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial ended in a mistrial after a single juror voted not guilty by reason of insanity, despite the remaining members finding her guilty. The juror, Michael P Desronvil, stated he had no doubts about Clancy's guilt but was unable to agree with the others, leading to the deadlock. Following the mistrial, Desronvil’s personal legal issues surfaced, raising questions about the jury selection process. A new trial may be requested, with a hearing scheduled to determine next steps.
