Yemen Twins Struggle Amid Conflict
Children in Yemen are suffering from severe malnutrition amid ongoing conflict and displacement. Twins born prematurely have been fighting for survival after fleeing their village during intensified fighting, ultimately arriving at a hospital in Aden in critical condition due to lack of resources and proper nutrition. The UN reports that over 250,000 people have been displaced in recent months, with many children at grave risk due to food shortages, soaring prices, and limited medical care caused by the civil war and collapse of ceasefires.
