Tigray Forces Near Full Control

The commander of the Tigray Defense Forces loyal to the Ethiopian government affirmed that his forces are approaching full control over the Tigray region. He called on civilians to stay away from major military targets and urged fighters to withdraw and return to their homes. He also urged staff and police to remain at their posts to protect the people and properties, emphasizing that there is no intention of revenge and that any violations will be handled according to the law. He stressed that fleeing officials to Eritrea does not guarantee their safety, and that staying in Tigray is the only option to address the situation.
