Industry Ministry declines pipeline listing

The Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy announced that the oil pipeline transportation company "TRAPSA" will not be listed on the stock exchange at this time, due to the special nature of its activities and strategic importance, as well as to ensure the continuity of the public service and oil supply security. The company is governed by an agreement related to the transportation, storage, and shipment of oil, and is currently developing its infrastructure through projects including maintenance and the addition of two new basins, aiming to improve efficiency and strengthen safety systems and environmental protection, as part of a development plan extending until 2030.
