Al-Aqidi undergoes rehab in London

Nawaf Al-Aqeedi, the goalkeeper of Al-Nassr, is currently undergoing a rehabilitation program in London after undergoing surgery on his elbow due to an injury sustained during the Gulf Cup 27 match against Kuwait. He had to leave the field as a result of the injury. Al-Aqeedi will remain in London for a week under the supervision of the British doctor who performed the surgery, who will develop a rehabilitation plan for him upon his return, in accordance with the medical team's instructions. The injury required surgical intervention after opting for surgery instead of traditional physiotherapy, following consultations with three doctors, including one Portuguese and one Spanish specialist. The injury involved a dislocated elbow, which forced him to leave the field instead of Al-Owais, leading to his exclusion from the national team's camp and him receiving rehabilitative treatment to regain his fitness.
