Video: Urgent Call to Detain Naim Qassem

According to Member of Parliament George Akeiss, prohibited explosives were entered and stored without permits by Hezbollah, which constitutes a criminal offense and a serious crime. He also accused Hezbollah since 2008 of involvement in assassination operations. Akeiss emphasized the absence of arrest warrants for Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem and the party’s military leaders, calling on the government to make decisive decisions and warning that delaying such actions will make future measures more difficult. He affirmed that the Lebanese army is capable of maintaining control and that the current crisis reflects collusion between political and military forces—especially with Hezbollah continuing to arm itself despite an economic blockade that prevents external support. He warned that the state faces serious threats and that necessary measures have not yet been taken.
