Mabko names Diab as new CEO from 2027

Mabco announced the appointment of Eng. Marwan Diab as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2027, following the approval of its Board of Directors to amicably terminate the current CEO Faisal Alawi Hadawi's contract by the end of 2026. Diab brings nearly 25 years of experience in industrial sectors that require significant capital investments, including operational transformation, restructuring, M&A management, and developing production networks across multiple markets. He holds leadership positions and has expertise in companies such as Arabian Packaging, Objeé, and Chemicals. Diab has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. He is also a member of the Engineers Syndicate in Lebanon.
