Iowa fugitive hid as San Diego chef
Brian Anthony Williams, who had been working as head chef at Miss B’s Coconut Club in San Diego under the alias “Troy Williams,” was arrested by U.S. Marshals after being a fugitive for over a decade. He was wanted in Iowa for his alleged involvement in a 2012 kidnapping, where he conspired to fake his own abduction and the victim was shot and abandoned in a field. Williams was charged with kidnapping, assault, conspiracy, and arson, and is now awaiting extradition to Iowa.
