Alya Establishes DIFC HQ
Alia, a platform specializing in the development of luxury residential projects across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has established its regional headquarters at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), coinciding with Dubai Future of Finance Week. The move is intended to support its expansion into Gulf markets and enable it to benefit from the Centre’s financial and regulatory ecosystem. The platform is backed by Brookfield and Lunate, which manages more than $125 billion in assets, and is supervised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.
