Video: The start of Kerak synagogue attack

The governorate of Kerak in Jordan witnessed an armed attack inside the Greek Orthodox Church during a funeral procession, resulting in the deaths of at least 7 people and the injury of around 10 others, some in critical condition. The shooting was carried out by armed individuals who boarded a vehicle and opened fire continuously for five minutes before escaping the scene. The incident occurred in the village of Hamoud, south of Amman, amidst rising security tensions. Security forces are monitoring the situation and working to arrest the suspects.
