Netanyahu confirms Ben-Gvir as minister
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed that Itamar Ben-Gvir will remain Minister of National Security in the upcoming government, promising to include Ben-Gvir's party in the coalition and to appoint him to a high-ranking ministerial position. This came after Ben-Gvir claimed that Netanyahu had promised not to include him, a claim denied by the coalition parties, leading to tension between the two. The statements indicate Netanyahu's desire to maintain continued support for Ben-Gvir despite disagreements and affirm that the upcoming government will include the main partners of the current coalition.
