Israeli army plans for Lebanon occupation
The news focused on the military measures taken by the Israeli army in southern Lebanon aimed at ensuring long-term security, with intensified bombing, patrols, and the strengthening of fortified positions along the Yellow Line. These measures include expanding burned areas, developing road networks, and establishing fixed and stationary positions in preparation for potential threats from booby-trapped drones and unmanned aircraft systems. Although the parachute brigade's mission has concluded and it has been reassigned to other locations, the Israeli forces are preparing for winter in protected areas within the villages and are extending the conflict to the second line of neighboring villages, with increased patrols, artillery shelling, and airstrikes on different regions. The army's goal is to enhance its readiness and expand its influence without any current plans to withdraw from the area.
