Imad Al-Nahhas Faces Certification Issues
Egyptian, Imad El-Nahhas, has been appointed as the technical director of Al-Wehdat Jordanian Club. However, he faces the issue of not holding the required Asian coaching certification to work as the head coach in the Jordanian league, despite his extensive experience in Egypt and abroad. It is expected that his first match with the team will be on Friday against Al-Jazeera, as he aims to improve upon their eighth-place position in the league table, where they currently have two points after three games. The club management is currently considering an interim solution by signing him as an assistant coach while he takes on technical duties in practice, and by appointing a coach with an Asian coaching license to be officially registered as the head coach.
