Ferdinand urges Man United to sign Benzema
Manchester United is facing a problem in its attack due to inconsistent results at the start of the season, having only garnered 5 points from 5 Premier League matches, with a poor record of just one goal in the last two games and losses against big teams like Manchester City and Brighton. Football legend Rio Ferdinand has called on the club's management to sign French striker Karim Benzema, who is 38 years old and currently available after leaving Al Hilal, citing his experience and potential goal threat to improve the team's offensive performance. Ferdinand expressed regret for not having signed Daniel Wijnaldum earlier, believing that having seasoned players like Benzema and Wijnaldum would enhance attacking options and reduce pressure on coach Erik ten Hag, especially given the high fitness levels of these players despite their age.
