El Al evacuates Israelis from Dubai
Israeli airline "El Al" announced its efforts to evacuate Israelis stranded in Dubai after "Fly Dubai" suspended its flights to Tel Aviv following the stabbing and attempted hijacking incident that occurred on Wednesday. A date for the evacuation flights has not yet been set, while "Fly Dubai" has temporarily suspended its flights to and from Israel. Normally, "Fly Dubai" operated about 70 weekly flights between Dubai and Tel Aviv, and over a million Israelis traveled to Dubai in 2025, after the normalization of relations between the two countries in 2020.
