Houthis' Attack on Riyadh Airport Shown
Social media circulated a video purportedly showing the effects of Houthi attacks on Riyadh Airport, depicting a large fire and thick smoke following the group's strikes. However, an investigation conducted by CNN Arabic revealed that the video is old and dates back to June 2026, when the Sadovod market in Moscow was attacked by a Ukrainian drone, and has no relation to the recent events between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis. The group claimed responsibility for attacks on sensitive targets in Riyadh and Aramco, while the coalition confirmed that Saudi defenses intercepted a ballistic missile launched by the Houthis towards Riyadh. Nevertheless, the circulating video does not prove recent attacks on the airport.
