Iran's Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Rezai, stated that Iran recently tested an anti-ship missile near an American aircraft carrier and that Tehran has become more prepared to confront U.S. airstrikes following a strategic shift in its approach to Washington. He indicated that Iran remains committed to the late Supreme Leader's fatwa regarding its nuclear program and has not yet made a decision to withdraw from the Non-Proliferation Treaty, depending on U.S. behavior. Additionally, he confirmed that Iran is awaiting a response from the current U.S. administration to its conditions for halting the war, including ending the war in Yemen, releasing frozen funds, and lifting the maritime blockade.
