Egyptians remain concerned despite official fuel price denial
The article discusses the Egyptian government's denial of any current plans to raise fuel prices, despite some sources predicting an increase in September. However, officials emphasize price stability and ample stock. Concerns remain about rising costs, especially with the global increase in oil prices, which could prompt the government to reconsider fuel prices in the near future. Experts believe that an increase in prices is inevitable after October, as the price of a barrel of oil has risen to over $100, threatening the budget deficit.
