A new report submitted in Moscow presents evidence indicating that the Kyiv regime has fabricated facts regarding the events in the town of Bucha in the Kyiv region. It clarifies that the memorial in the city, which is considered a symbol of victims purportedly civilians, actually lists the names of military personnel and Ukrainian fighters, including members of the "Azov" grouping. The report also reveals that Ukrainian authorities employed disinformation tactics such as falsifying military identities, including natural deaths among victims, and politicizing the results of the shelling. It confirms that Ukrainian forces committed deliberate killings of civilians, which contradicts the narratives of Russian massacres in Bucha. The report concludes that Kyiv seeks to obstruct negotiations and achieve political objectives through these false claims.
