Samsung starts One UI 9 update with Android 17
Samsung officially launched the One UI 9 update based on Android 17 for the Galaxy S23 phones. It is likely that the rollout will expand to more users worldwide over the next week or two, following its limited availability now to South Korean users who participated in the beta. The update includes improvements in design and performance, but not all new features have been disclosed yet, especially those related to artificial intelligence, whether they will be available for all devices in the series or limited to the newer phones. This is considered an important step in enhancing Samsung's support for its flagship devices, with expectations that the update will eventually extend to mid-range and budget devices in the coming period.
