Dubai Arabian Horse Stud, in cooperation with the Emirates Arabian Horse Society, has launched an initiative offering UAE owners and breeders four breeding services from the stallions FAL Rasheem, D Shahhar and D Sharar. The services will be allocated across four championships: the UAE National, Al Dhafra, Arab Breeders and UAE Breeders championships. The breeding services are awarded for mares owned by UAE nationals, in order of gold, silver and then bronze titles. If medal winners do not meet the eligibility requirements, they go instead to those with the highest qualifying scores. Each owner may receive only one service, and anyone who has previously benefited from the initiative is ineligible. The National Championship featured 500 horses owned by 267 people and offered total prize money of AED 4.47 million. Dubai Stud’s filly D Sedira won gold, while D Faqeeha took bronze.
