LeBron James Responds to Trump Demand

LeBron James, the American basketball star, sarcastically responded to criticism from President Donald Trump, who accused him of insulting the United States because of his behavior during the national anthem before a professional league game. James simply smiled and noted that it was a "slow news day," while Trump posted a video of James practicing and entering into a debate over his respect for the flag and the country, demanding that he apologize to American servicemen. These remarks come amid ongoing public disputes between the two, with Trump having previously criticized James on multiple occasions for his political stances and comments on issues of racism and social justice, while James continues to support freedom of expression and protests against injustice.
