Zamalek Suspends Mansy for Investigation
Al Zamalek Club has decided to suspend forward Nasser Monsey from training and to subject him to an investigation after he displayed inappropriate behavior. He threw his shirt on the ground following his goal that secured victory in the CAF Champions League match against Army Rwanda. The technical staff considered this an insult to the club. The player had previously received a hefty monetary fine from the club, and he will be interrogated upon his return from Rwanda. The outcome of the investigation will determine his final status regarding a return to group training.
