Tunisian African team secures important draw against Mazembe
The Tunisian Club Africain drew 1-1 with Congolese team Mazembe in the first leg of the CAF Champions League Round of 32. Mazembe scored the opening goal in the 38th minute, but Africain quickly responded in less than a minute through Alain Conte. The match saw Mazembe's goal disallowed due to an handball. Africain came close to victory when Ayman Elharzi's shot narrowly missed the goal in stoppage time. The second leg will be held in Tunisia on October 25, where Africain aims to qualify.
