Zidane Supports France Star Amidst Controversy
Zinedine Zidane, the head coach of the France national team, expressed his support for star player Ousmane Dembélé despite his modest performance in the 4-1 victory over Belgium. Zidane refused to criticize Dembélé, affirming his satisfaction with the player's performance and his role as a leader and role model within the team, even though Dembélé has not scored in the team's last four matches. This comes at a time when player Michael Olise scored two goals and delivered an outstanding performance, while Zidane continues to trust Dembélé's abilities and supports him as he moves forward into the next phase.
