Jesus: Ronaldo an icon, focus on Norway
Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus has confirmed that Cristiano Ronaldo remains a legend for the Portugal national team, despite his absence from the team's camp after last week's press conference, without revealing any details about the player's future. Jesus pointed out that the current focus is on the upcoming match against Norway in the UEFA Nations League, considering it the most important game at the moment, with the goal of securing a result that qualifies the team for the quarter-finals. He also emphasized that Ronaldo's departure does not affect the team's readiness for the 2030 World Cup, and that the Norway match is the top priority. Additionally, there is an expectation that João Félix will be among the options for the upcoming lineup.
