Girl dies in Galilee accident
A tragic incident occurred in one of the towns of Upper Galilee in the occupied Palestinian territories of 1948, resulting in the death of a young girl, Shams Saad Adwi. She was accidentally hit by her father's vehicle while he was reversing near their home; she was behind the car in the blind spot. Video footage shows that the father did not notice her presence before hitting her, which led to her passing away after being taken to the hospital. The incident has prompted ongoing calls for residents and drivers to exercise caution when moving vehicles in residential areas, and to ensure no children are nearby to prevent the recurrence of such heartbreaking home traffic accidents.
