Flick suggests Barcelona conceals Raphinha injury
Hans Flick, the Barcelona coach, revealed that the team's Brazilian star, Raphinha, will be absent from the team's upcoming matches against Getafe and Galatasaray due to an injury. He explained that medical test results showed a non-serious issue, but one that requires caution, especially given the repeated injuries he suffered last season. Flick criticized the congestion of fixtures during the international break, emphasizing that traveling to Australia for friendly matches places a significant burden on the players and affects their health and performance. This comes at a time when Raphinha is suffering from an uncertain injury that has kept him out of matches, amidst the pressures of a busy game schedule.
