Qatar refutes Israeli funding claims for Hamas
Qatar categorically denied reports claiming that it provided funds to Hamas, affirming that its assistance was solely directed towards needy Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip, including food, medicine, fuel, and electricity. The statement clarified that the aid was channeled through Israelis and United Nations organizations under full supervision and coordination with the Israeli side. Any funds outside this framework are unrelated to Qatar. These remarks come as part of an Israeli propaganda campaign aimed at undermining Qatar's role, especially with the upcoming Israeli elections, and they spark controversy regarding the nature of the aid Qatar provides to Palestinians.
