Easy Blender Orange Cake Recipe
The method for making a light and fluffy orange cake involves mixing eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a blender, then adding oil, orange juice, and orange zest, while reducing the blending time. Sifted flour combined with baking powder and a pinch of salt is gradually added, gently stirred to prevent the cake from becoming dense. The batter is baked in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35-45 minutes, ensuring not to open the oven door early to allow it to rise properly. For a tender, orange-rich cake, use fresh juice, and before serving, drizzle a mixture of orange juice and powdered sugar over it to enhance the flavor.
