Halle Berry Addresses Assault Allegation
The article addresses accusations made by Halle Berry's ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, against her, claiming she assaulted their 12-year-old son, and his request for a custody protection order against her. Berry's lawyer denied the allegations, stating they are unfounded, and noted that the court had issued a temporary protective order in favor of the child. She emphasized that Berry will continue to prioritize her child's best interests despite the escalation. The report also mentioned the court's attempt to modify Berry's visitation schedule with her son to ensure his safety, with a future hearing scheduled. It is worth noting that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez married in 2013 and separated in 2016, with an agreement regarding custody of their child at the end of the divorce proceedings.
