Stray Kids exits Grammys 2027 race
Stray Kids has confirmed that they will not be submitting any entries for the 2027 Grammy Awards, coinciding with BTS's announcement of their non-participation in the upcoming ceremony. This was announced through JYP Entertainment. The statement came after speculations arose regarding the groups' positions on the nominations for the new Asian Pop category, which will continue to be part of the Grammys despite the controversy surrounding it. Although they are not eligible for nominations, members of both groups can still participate in voting as members of the Grammy Academy, which will announce the nominees in November 2026.
