Family reports ICE chased 2017 Houston suspect

A Houston construction worker was seriously injured after being struck by an ICE vehicle during an enforcement operation, but his family alleges the agency mistakenly identified a man who died in 2017 as the suspect. The family confirmed the man's identity through a death certificate, raising questions about ICE's account of the incident. The collision is under investigation, with surveillance footage suggesting the officer may have intentionally struck the worker. The injured man remains hospitalized in ICE custody.
