Trans neo-Nazi plotted Hindu temple attack
A 19-year-old transgender individual was arrested for plotting a mass shooting at a Hindu temple near Chicago. Authorities credited a coworker's tip for preventing the attack after discovering the suspect had driven to the scene armed with a rifle, ammunition, and tactical gear, but returned home due to a weapon malfunction. The suspect had written a manifesto expressing white supremacist views and planned to target multiple minority groups. The individual remains jailed, with security measures at the temple increased.
