San Francisco Mansion Valued at $4.4M Seized by Squatters
In San Francisco’s Sea Cliff neighborhood, a $4.4 million property has been overrun by squatters amid a fraudulent ownership scheme. City officials are suing Diana Peng and Brandon Aadee, accusing them of forging deeds and notarizations to illegally transfer and sell the home, which has led to unpaid taxes exceeding $324,000. Neighbors report suspicious activity and illegal modifications, while the city seeks legal action to prevent further transfer of ownership.
