Two Killed in Houthi Attacks on Saudi Arabia

Two people were killed and eight others injured in new attacks by the Houthi group targeting Saudi Arabia. One of the attacks for the first time targeted the Ministry of Defense headquarters in Riyadh, in addition to attacks on airports in the Eastern Province, including Dammam Airport. The group claimed responsibility for these operations, which came as a response to Saudi Arabia's escalation in Yemen, resulting in the deaths of more than 562 people over 100 days, and the execution of over 2,900 airstrikes and missile launches. While the Saudi-led coalition denied targeting Yemeni tribes, the Houthis confirmed that they carried out operations using missiles and drones targeting Saudi objectives, including the Ministry of Defense, airports, and Aramco facilities. The region is experiencing ongoing military escalation in Yemen, with increasing Houthi attacks on Saudi territory, while Saudi Arabia rejects these assaults and affirms its sovereign defensive measures on its lands.
