Yemeni army captures 5 Houthi leaders

The Yemeni army announced the capture of five leaders from the Houthi movement on the western front in Taiz, while the group denied this and claimed to have captured more than 700 government forces. This comes amid escalating clashes between the two sides, with the humanitarian situation in Taiz worsening due to the ongoing siege imposed by the group, which hampers the delivery of essential aid and increases the suffering of the residents. In response, the group claimed to have targeted King Khalid Airport in Riyadh with a ballistic missile, asserting that it was struck directly. This follows a series of attacks on Saudi airports as part of an ongoing military escalation since July, amidst increasing tensions between Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
