Houthi casualty images sell in Sanaa

The article focuses on the increased activity of the Houthi group in printing and displaying images of their fallen in Sana'a and the areas they control. The aim is to exploit human losses to reinforce propaganda and incite continued fighting. It explains that the group has allocated millions of riyals to print thousands of photos of various sizes, organizing their distribution at funeral ceremonies and public events to keep the fallen present in the public memory and motivate fighters. The article points out that this activity goes beyond educational or humanitarian costs and is seen as an attempt by the group to utilize losses to recruit more fighters. This occurs despite families suffering from worsening living conditions and a lack of sufficient support. Additionally, photography studios in Sana'a have expanded in printing these images, while residents have expressed their discontent, emphasizing that priorities should shift towards humanitarian issues rather than appearances and military mobilization.
