Sudan: 26 women and 4 children killed in drone attack by RSF

Twenty-six women and four children were killed in a drone strike carried out by Rapid Support Forces in southeastern Sudan, in Wadi Al-Mahi province near the Ethiopian border, while they were working in gold extraction. The United Nations, via the Human Rights Council, condemned the random attacks on civilians, and concluded that the siege of El Fasher exhibits characteristics of genocide. It called for an immediate ceasefire, as the use of drones has increased, resulting in over 1,100 deaths in the past five months.
