Haftar and Douma discuss Libyan political updates
The article discusses the Russian military operations in Ukraine, where Russian forces have targeted a bridge used by the Ukrainian army in Kyiv, as well as attacked cargo ships in Odessa. Additionally, there have been strikes against power stations and port facilities in Kharkov and Odessa. These attacks are part of Russia's "logistical strangulation" strategy, aimed at reducing Ukraine's capacity to supply and defend itself. The Russian Defense Ministry also confirmed the destruction of vital ships and facilities and emphasized the deteriorating military situation in Ukraine and its impact on the eastern front and logistics. This comes as part of a broader escalation of Russian military operations since the start of the war.
