Sfax launches bicycle repair training
The Training Center affiliated with the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade, and Crafts in Sfax is preparing to launch a new specialization in maintenance and repair of thermal and electric bicycles. This initiative is part of a project supported by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training and the Swiss organization "Swiss Contact." The goal of this specialization is to train both technical and pedagogical trainers during November and December 2026, followed by January 2027, to prepare youth for careers in repairing and maintaining these bicycles. The program aims to keep pace with evolving transportation and mobility trends while equipping young people with specialized skills for independent employment opportunities.
