Yemeni police report Aden Airport missile attack
The Aden International Airport in Yemen was targeted by the Houthis with the launch of two missiles, resulting in damage to the airport's infrastructure but no human casualties, according to a statement from the city’s police. This attack comes after previous assaults on October 7, which also targeted the airport with missiles and drones but did not cause any human injuries. The ongoing attacks threaten aviation operations and passenger safety. Authorities are calling on the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to support measures to protect airports and ensure safe flight operations, as the Houthis escalate their attack intensity both within Yemen and abroad, including targeting Saudi Arabia.
