Mourinho's leading critic protests
Despite his previous strong criticism of José Mourinho, Iker Casillas, Real Madrid's legendary goalkeeper, has shown a surprising change in his stance towards the Portuguese coach. Casillas was known for opposing Mourinho's relationship with the players during his tenure at Real Madrid (2010-2013), expressing his dissatisfaction with his style and believing that his relationship with the coach ended badly. However, in recent statements, Casillas confirmed that José Mourinho is now "completely different" from the person he coached before, and that he now sees him as more mature and talented. He expressed optimism about him, without going into details about the past. It is worth noting that Casillas stayed with Real Madrid for two years after Mourinho's departure and won the Champions League with the team in the 2013-2014 season.
